I make this mask myself from any available tools - now I have selected the optimal composition and periodically change 1-2 oils. The main component is coconut oil, shea butter, argan oil, jojoba oil. Previously (and sometimes now) added apricot, burdock, castor, peach oil. All this (about 1 teaspoon) is mixed and heated in a microwave or in a water bath until all the ingredients are liquid! The effect for me is simply amazing, but for visible results you need to make such a mask for at least a month!

I try to dry my hair in a natural way, although it turns out rarely, so I try to use thermo-protection. Since my hair after washing is usually confusing (unless I comb it out during washing, when I make a mask), I comb it almost as soon as I take off the towel, I try to do it as carefully as possible, gradually combing it from the ends and above. And leave them in this form to dry, or do styling. If I still have to use a curling or ironing, then I choose the desired temperature. To straighten hair, I set the smallest temperature, as my hair lends itself well to straightening (on my straightener, it's 180 degrees). For curls, and more complex hairstyles, where long durability is required - I use a higher temperature, but I reduce the time of exposure to hair.

If I do the styling for the brushing, then on the hair dryer I set the average temperature, and in the end it is completely cool.

I usually use a large round comb, where, in addition to natural bristles, sometimes there are teeth (regular bristles do not comb the hair properly). For me, this comb is good because it gives the hair a healthy shine and it gently combs the hair without tearing it out and breaking it!

Another type of comb is the tangle teezer, which I usually use to spread the masks through the hair. She does it smoothly while combing them out! Sometimes I brush her dry hair, but only because it is more convenient to carry it in a bag!

I use rubber not often, but if I use, then mostly invissiboboole. I liked them very much, I bought myself a set of 3 pieces of transparent color and I use them when necessary, it is very convenient! Also because of their material, they injure hair less (there are no metal transitions). But you need to be careful when you take them off, they do not slide so well on the hair, so you need to hold your hair so as not to damage it! Beauty support from the inside!

Undoubtedly the health of the hair (and skin) must be ensured from the inside. It is necessary to eat enough vitamins and minerals. For these purposes, I drink linseed oil every morning (here in more detail) and I drink vitamins every 3 months. As a rule, these are specialized vitamins for hair. I don’t have a certain favorite, but what I tried - Alerana, vitasharm, compliments shine, frost (they didn’t notice any effect from them). Vitamins are great, of course, but I still try to think more about my diet and get all the necessary vitamins from there!

Haircut and hair coloring!

For healthy hair is just a must-have process! Since the hair split at all! And when you do not cut them, they just fall off! Therefore, I try to cut them 1 time in 2 months. Each time just updating the ends, the more it stimulates hair growth.

I dye my hair very rarely (1 time in 3 months). But I really like the effect after painting! Hair automatically get a very healthy look. It affects the quality of my hair very well, the paint "closes" all the hair scales, which makes them smooth and manageable, but the hair does not become thinner, does not fall out. I usually paint at home, but with professional paint (permesse), since I dye almost in my own color (I just choose a golden tone, and my natural brown) I do not use a strong oxidizer. Perhaps for this reason the hair is not damaged.

Shiny hair at home

Tip number 1. We all use special hair cosmetics for hair care. These are shampoos, conditioners, masks. So, many hair care specialists advise using all these products from the same cosmetic series. Since they are ideally combined with each other and fit together. For example, choose shampoo, balsam-rinse and mask from the series "Wella" for hair restoration and mirror shine.

Tip number 2. Having chosen any one cosmetic line for hair, do not stop your choice on it for too long. Since the hair can get used too quickly and strongly and then you will no longer feel the desired effect, which is guaranteed by the manufacturer of shampoo and masks.

Tip number 3. No matter how trite it may sound, try to use the hair dryer and ironing as little as possible. Spend on buying a hair brush with natural bristles, believe it is worth it.

Tip number 4. Use natural and cosmetic oils in hair care. According to the reviews of beauty bloggers, the best of them are: coconut oil, almond, palm, olive, peach, jojoba oil, castor and burdock. Try to apply oil mainly on the ends of the hair, but sometimes you can pamper the hair roots by spreading the oil over the entire length.

How to make hair shiny: hair masks

Today we have prepared for you several recipes for hair masks based on egg yolk and oils to make your hair shiny and smooth.

Recipe 1.

- chamomile flowers (suitable for pharmacy),
- castor oil and / or burdock,
- 2 yolks.

Fill the chamomile (3-4 tbsp.) With boiling water and leave for about an hour, then filter well. Separate the two yolks and add 1 tbsp. spoon of castor and / or burdock oil. Thoroughly mix the yolks and butter, and then add the resulting strained chamomile decoction (2-4 tablespoons, you can more, depending on the length of your hair). The rest of the decoction is used as a hair rinse. Apply the resulting mask on the roots, and then distribute over the entire length of the hair. You can do this with a brush for hair coloring. After we warm our hair with a plastic bag, and on top with a towel and wait about 1 hour. After this hour, wash off the mask with warm water using a shampoo. Rinse hair with chamomile solution.

Recipe 2.

- 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
- 10 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil (or any other),
- 1 yolk,

Mix all ingredients until smooth. You can add 1 teaspoon of brandy. Comb the hair along the entire length and apply a mask from the roots to the tips. Use fingertips to massage hair roots, put on a shower mask and a towel. Hold for about 1 hour.

Recipe 3.

- 2 tbsp. spoons sour cream,
- 1 egg yolk,
- 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
- olive oil,
- essential oil (your favorite).

Mix 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, sour cream, yolk and honey. Then add 5-6 drops of essential oil. Mix and heat in a water bath. Apply to hair, hold for 1 hour and wash off - as usual.

Recipe 4.

- Burr oil,
- essential oil of mandarin,
- juice of half a lemon.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients: 3-4 tbsp. spoons of burdock oil, lemon juice and 5-6 drops of essential oil. Apply the mixture on the hair and hold for at least 30 minutes. Then wash off.
